General Admission guests should plan to be with us from approximately 12:45–3:15 PM, including transportation to and from the event. VIP guests should plan to arrive beginning at 12:15 PM.

WHAT TO WEAR
White.
Grab a few friends and make it a group look. This crowd loves a photo.
White attire is strongly encouraged, but it is not required.​​

NEED AN ALTERNATIVE TO BUS TRANSPORTATION?
We know our community includes guests managing mobility challenges, fatigue, medication schedules, and other needs that may make bus transportation difficult. That's okay.

Email info@phoenixjourney.org to arrange a private-arrival option. You'll receive the event address the morning of September 24. We simply ask that you please keep the location to yourself so everyone else can experience the surprise.
HOW IT WORKS
1. YOU BOARD.
Meet us at Nordstrom at The Woodlands Mall, dressed in white.

General Admission: 12:15 PM

Champagne is poured before the bus pulls away.

2. YOU RIDE.
About fifteen minutes.
​
Destination unknown.
​
This is the one part of the day you don't get to plan. Everything else is designed to make that feel like an adventure—not a mystery you're stuck in.

3. YOU ARRIVE.
A runway.
​
A room full of people who've faced an autoimmune diagnosis and kept walking anyway—literally.
​
Every model on that runway has a story about what it took to get there.

Do I really not get to know where we're going?
Correct.
Not even a hint.
The models, crew, and sponsors know. Everyone else finds out when the bus doors open.

Is this an evening event?
No. The Rising Phoenix is a daytime event running from 1:00–3:00 PM.
General Admission guests should plan to be with us from approximately 12:45–3:15 PM, including transportation. VIP guests should arrive at 12:15 PM.

What if I can't ride the bus?
Email info@phoenixjourney.org and we'll arrange a private arrival option.
You'll receive the event location the morning of September 24. Please keep it confidential so the surprise remains intact for everyone else.

Do I have to wear white?
It's strongly encouraged, but not required.
Most guests will be wearing white, and it makes for one fantastic group photo.

Where do I park?
Park near Nordstrom at The Woodlands Mall and look for the big white bus with decorative balloons.
