Guidelines and Regulations

1. Ticket and Sponsorship Purchases:

  • All tickets and sponsorship packages for The Phoenix Journey's events are purchasable online through our secure website.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued as all purchases are considered a donation to support our mission.

2. Attendance:

  • Participants are expected to register and provide accurate information during the ticket purchase process.

  • For virtual events, ensure you have the necessary technology and internet connectivity to participate.

3. Code of Conduct:

  • We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.

4. Health and Safety:

  • For in-person events, please adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place, including but not limited to wearing masks, practicing social distancing, and following venue-specific protocols.

  • If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home and participate in our virtual events instead.

5. Photography and Recording:

  • By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by The Phoenix Journey.

  • Unauthorized recording of the event by participants is prohibited.

Donation Policy:

  • All ticket and sponsorship purchases are considered donations to The Phoenix Journey and are non-refundable. Your contributions directly support our programs and initiatives for individuals with autoimmune diseases.

Participant Expectations:

  • Participants should engage respectfully with speakers, organizers, and fellow attendees.

  • Please adhere to the event schedule and participate actively in sessions and activities.

 

Virtual Event Etiquette:

  • Mute your microphone when not speaking to avoid background noise.

  • Use the chat function responsibly and respectfully.

  • Ensure your display name is your full name for identification purposes.
