Please accept the following conditions to continue:

Vendor or Information Booths are available, but space is limited. Booth reservations will be taken on a first-come first-served basis. Spaces will also be limited to ONE vendor or vendor group per specific company to eliminate competition at the event. You will be contacted and refunded your booth fee if another vendor of the same company has already registered.

Cost: $100 You may participate in our swag bags given to the first 100 runners. Items must be received by March 1, 2025. Vendors may bring own canopy or tent, tables & chairs if desired but it must fit with the 10X10 booth space. There is no Wi-Fi service guaranteed.

Advertising prior to the race is provided by The Phoenix Journey on our social media accounts if information is received by March 1, 2025. Please share our posts with your social following to ensure we have an amazing turn out for everyone involved.

Please note all vendors will need to provide their own cellular data service if taking credit card payments. Vendors may set up beginning at 7:00 AM and MUST begin tear-down by 12:00 PM
